Fairly disappointed, basic information. At £20 it’s not breaking the bank but all that’s contained within is simply a basic program that could be found with a quick web search for free. I was certainly left with a feeling of disappointment.

awful and not clear at all

for a person like me that does not now anything about excercise is really frustrating trying to see which excercise from the videos is the one on the program. For example monday routine is negative dips, only video available is ring negative dips, do I need rings? not clear on the cheat sheet or on the videos. there is also a lot of videos that nothing to do with the program why are those there? should I dismiss them? what if im not able to do one of the excercises, no options or easier optionas available. This being for begginers is a joke I had to research and consult professionals because this guide is not clear enough I feel ripped off

  • Intermediate Program: This is designed for those with 10-12 months of calisthenics experience who have built a solid foundation. If you can comfortably perform 15+ push-ups and 10+ pull-ups, then this program will help you progress further.
